For over 30 years Reach has been delivering a unique service providing skilled volunteers to meet the needs of voluntary organisations. 

Reach is very aware that many organisations sometimes find it difficult to recruit Trustees to their Boards – being a source of Trustees is one of Reach’s core strengths representing 40% of their activity. Reach is offering Attend members a discounted price for the Reach TrusteeWorks service, a service specifically designed to meet the Trustee recruitment and training needs of voluntary and community organisations.

Each year Reach works with over 1,000 organisations securing the best skilled volunteer that helps them realise their potential and achieve their goals. 

Most of their volunteers have at least three years experience in management, IT, marketing, accountancy, project management, HR, finance, business or many other areas. Reach volunteers are varied, many are working full or part time, some are retired, others are not in work or are on career breaks.  Skilled volunteering provides the opportunity to apply the skills and experience they have gained to a totally new environment and context.
