Many Attend members will have considered incorporating as a charitable company limited by guarantee.  (See our guidance note on Incorporating Your Friends Group.)   The process of incorporation is not straightforward and can seem confusing.  This note is designed to outline the steps involved and help Attend members understand the process.  This should help you to complete the process with as little disruption as possible and, where relevant, make the best use of your professional advisers.
