The following 'undertaking' is a form of words ('contract'), which Friends groups can use to safeguard their funds and patients & community interests when contributing equipment and small scale facilities to primary, secondary or any other public service providers

 Using this undertaking

Note that this Undertaking is recommended for use when donating up to a maximum of about £10,000. Friends should consider using the Deed in Document B for amounts exceeding that level. Document C is a clause for inclusion in PFI contracts.This document is also appropriate under Scottish law.
