Staff grievance procedure

It is the policy of ……… that:

Everything reasonable and possible should be done by its managers and employees to create and maintain harmonious and good working relationships in order to ensure that an efficient service is provided.

That when grievances arise they shall be settled fairly and as near as possible to the point of origin.

That all employees of …….. shall be aware of the grievance procedure.

That every attempt should be made to resolve ‘Grievances’ promptly and informally.
